European Union’s Regulation EC 261/2004 gave flight passengers rights of care, which means you may be entitled to €125 to €600 (*approximately £90-£440) in compensation. How we charge for flight delay claims?
We will undertake your claim on a no win-no fee arrangement. If successful our fee will be 25% plus VAT of your refund.
If your refund is £1000 our fee will be £250 plus VAT.
VAT is 20% of £250 = £50
